Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Kitvero is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Kitvero is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
